Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our handcrafted tallow skincare products. We take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade in small batches.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Typical delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because our products are made with natural tallow, butters, and oils, they may soften or melt in high temperatures.
To reduce the risk of melting:

  • We pack orders with care to protect against heat when possible.

  • Please bring your package indoors promptly after delivery.

If your product arrives softened, simply place it in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to restore texture. Melting does not affect product quality.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
