Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Thank you for choosing our handmade tallow skincare products. Due to the nature of our small-batch, artisan creations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the items received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or issue

  • A brief explanation

We will review the situation and assist you as best as possible.

Melted or Softened Products

Because our products are made with natural tallow, oils, and butters, they may soften or melt in transit during warm weather.
Melting does not affect product quality or performance and is not considered damage.
If your balm or butter arrives softened, simply place it in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to restore texture.

 

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your items and shipping information carefully before checkout.

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

All ingredients are clearly listed on each product page.
We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
If you are unsure how your skin may respond, please perform a patch test before full use.
